Maintenance and Care of the Branch Crusher

1. Daily Maintenance

After the daily cleaning work is completed, promptly clean the dust and debris on the surface and around the equipment to keep it clean. Check whether the connecting bolts of each component are loose. If so, tighten them on time. Check the wear condition of the cutting tools (or grinding discs) and adjust or replace them as appropriate according to the degree of wear.

2. Regular Maintenance

Regularly perform lubrication maintenance on the transmission components of the equipment, such as bearings, gears, and belts, and replace the lubricating oil and grease. Check whether the wiring terminals of the electrical system are loose or oxidized, and tighten and handle them promptly. Inspect and debug the control system of the equipment to ensure its stable and reliable performance.

3. Long-Term Storage Maintenance

If the crusher needs to be stored for a long time, first conduct a comprehensive cleaning, maintenance and repair of the equipment. Then place the equipment in a dry and well-ventilated room and take necessary anti-rust and moisture-proof measures, such as applying anti-rust oil on the metal parts and covering the equipment with a moisture-proof cloth.
