Leaf suction machines play a crucial role in scenarios such as garden maintenance. However, after long-term use, they are prone to malfunctions. Understanding the methods of fault prevention and maintenance can enable them to work better.

Common faults include clogging problems. A large accumulation of leaves or the mixing of foreign objects can easily cause blockages in the suction inlet or pipes, affecting the suction power. Motor failures cannot be ignored either. Prolonged high-load operation can cause the motor to overheat and be damaged, manifested as failure to start or abnormal rotation speed. There is also component wear and tear. Components such as impellers and belts that are frequently used will experience wear and tear due to friction, reducing work efficiency.

To prevent faults, good daily maintenance is essential. Before use, carefully check and clean the debris in the suction inlet and pipes to avoid the entry of foreign objects. Regularly clean the machine to prevent the accumulation of leaf residues from affecting its performance. During operation, follow the instructions in the manual to avoid overloading.

Don't panic when encountering faults. In case of clogging, first, turn off the machine and carefully clean the blockages, so as not to damage the internal structure. When there is a motor failure, first check if it is overheated. Let the motor cool down and then try to start it again. If it still cannot be started, there may be internal problems with the motor, and it is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel. For component wear and tear, new components need to be replaced promptly to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
