1. Power-on Sequence
Connect the power supply and turn on the auxiliary devices of the equipment first, such as the ventilator and the dust collector, to ensure a good working environment. Then start the power system of the crusher and let the equipment run idle for a while. Observe whether the operation of each component is normal and whether there is any abnormal noise, vibration or stuttering phenomenon. If any problem is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
2. Feeding Operation
After the equipment runs idle normally, start slowly and evenly adding materials to the feeding port. The feeding speed should be moderate to avoid the accumulation of materials in the crushing chamber due to too fast feeding, which may affect the crushing effect and the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, the feeding situation should be observed to prevent the feeding port from being blocked.
3. Operation Monitoring
During the crushing process, the operator should always pay attention to the running status of the equipment, including the current and temperature of the motor, the sound and vibration of the crushing chamber, etc. If it is found that the motor current is too large, the temperature is too high, or there is an abnormal sound or violent vibration in the crushing chamber, stop the machine immediately for inspection, find out the cause and solve the problem before restarting the machine.
4. Discharge Treatment
The crushed materials are discharged through the discharge device and should be collected on time for subsequent treatment. For some materials that are prone to dust, a dust collection device can be used in combination to reduce dust pollution.
