Water Source Connection
Connect the inlet pipe of the high-pressure pipeline dredging machine to a suitable water source. The water source can be a tap, a water tank or other clean water sources. Ensure that the inlet pipe is firmly connected and there is no water leakage. If the water quality of the water source is poor and contains a lot of impurities or sediment, it is recommended to install a filter at the inlet pipe to prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump and damaging the precision parts inside the pump body.
Pressure Adjustment
Adjust the pressure of the high-pressure pipeline dredging machine according to the material, diameter of the pipeline and the severity of the blockage. Generally, for plastic pipelines, the pressure should be controlled within a lower range, usually not exceeding 1000 pounds per square inch (psi) to avoid pipeline rupture. For metal pipelines, the pressure can be appropriately increased, but it also needs to be adjusted according to the specific situation of the pipeline. For example, for pipelines with a smaller diameter, the pressure should not be too high and can be initially set at 1500 - 2000 psi.
When adjusting the pressure, slowly rotate the pressure adjustment knob and observe the change in the pressure gauge reading. Avoid sudden pressure increases which may cause an impact on the equipment and the pipeline. After the pressure adjustment is completed, check again whether all connection parts of the equipment are firm to ensure that there will be no leakage or loosening under high pressure.
